Cal-am has opened our event to the
Main Hall!!

Top Cal-am brass our Managers and Jen got together and wanted to make this the best event our team could have. They have allowed us to use the Main Hall which will be set-up by Jen and our Culinary Team for our Guests.
This has been a roller coaster for me, but everyone in Montesa that supported our Smokin team has made this happen.

Format and Protocol

There are two catagories: Culinary and Guests

The people smoking, cooking and preparing are Culinary
The people enjoying the fruits of our labor are Guests

If you want to be a Culinary for one of our events

Culinary

This is NOT a potluck! Food will be provided by our Culinary.

All guests must Register below so we have enough fixens' for ya.
If you don't register but come to the event, you may or may not be served.
Of course you can bring spouse, family or friend. One registrant per party.

What Do We Need?

We have decided to open up Desserts to the community. Smokin Hot will not be involved in the Desserts other than I will provide a place under Culinary to indicate what dessert you are bringing. This is totally up to the community as to what desserts we have. We will provide a space to place the desserts.
People to help Setup. Please sign up under Culinary.

We want to canvas the community to see who has a Food Handlers Certification for future events. Please sign up under Culinary.
We do Not need help with food prep for this event. Our Culinary team is on the job.
